Ruby Rose to DJ Stockholm Pride

On July 30 in Pride Park, "Orange Is the New Black" star Ruby Rose will DJ the main stage of Stockholm Pride, which runs from July 25-31.

"The world famous star will DJ at our main stage on July 30th in Pride Park," write organizers. "The theme of the evening is called 'the colorful party,' which is arranged Gunn Lundemo. This is a party you don't want to miss!"

Ruby Rose has made a name for herself through the years as a model, actress and DJ, to name a few of her accomplishments. The gender-fluid icon recently appeared in Season Four of the Netflix hit series, "Orange Is the New Black." Rose as also due to appear in Hollywood films, including "John Wick 2," "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter," and "xXx: The Return of Xander Cage."

Her statements regarding gender, sexuality and her own process have been a large part in her artistic expression. The short movie "Break Free," published on her YouTube channel, presents a look at "gender roles, trans, and what it is like to have an identity that deviates from the status quo."

Fans can also catch her in Ibiza on August 3, Sundsvall, Sweden on August 6, and Brighton Pride in the UK on August 7.
