Josh Duggar Wants Discrimination to Go Away So He Can Discriminate

Reality TV star and hate group figurehead Josh Duggar is all for tolerance and equality. Provided of course you're tolerant of his intolerance of your equality.

At Sunday's "March for Marriage" organized by the National Organization for Marriage and sponsored by Duggar's Southern Poverty Law Center (designated anti-gay hate group Family Research Council), the reality TV star professed that people of faith have been persecuted during the marriage debate, and that equality means tolerating intolerance.

"Right now in America there is an agenda to silence people of faith, those who hold a dissenting opinion." Duggar told CSN News "That's not what America was founded on. America was founded on respect, tolerance, and really not discriminating against people based on their religious convictions."

Translation: When Christians aren't allowed to discriminate, they're the real victims of discrimination.

"All of Americans understand that the issue is not going away," he continued,�"so I think what we have to realize is this is only the beginning of a larger discussion, and what's really at stake here is the American family."

"Orthodox Christianity in general and all faiths really ascribe to the fact that the family is central to everything," he said. "And, really, when you look at our economy right now and you look at all the other issues -- national security, immigration, all these issues that we face in our country -- it all goes back to when you have strong families, you have a strong economy, you have a strong nation."

A former used car salesman with a home-schooled high school education, Duggar currently serves as executive director of Family Research Council Action, the legislative arm of the SPLC designated anti-gay hate group. His thin CV led many to believe that the FRC created the new position for him so that they could cash in on his name recognition from the TLC reality series "19 Kids and Counting."
