Adult performer Sergeant Miles was arrested early this week for engaging in the January 6 terror attack on the Capitol, the NSFW website reported.

"Steven Miles, 39, of Zephyrhills, was arrested Tuesday and charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers, civil disorder, engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds with a dangerous weapon, and other related offenses, according to the Department of Justice," television station WTSP 10 Tampa Bay said. "He was released pending additional proceedings in Washington, D.C., it added."

In the criminal complaint, Miles is named as one of those who entered the Capitol building in the failed insurrection to overturn the Presidential election results on January 6. Investigators said that he and other rioters confronted law enforcement on the building's west side.

"Miles allegedly shoved and attempted to punch police officers. Later, the complaint reads, Miles proceeded to smash a plank of wood into a window and climbed through into the building," WTSP said.

"Since the January 2021 riot, authorities have arrested nearly 800 people in almost every U.S. state, according to the Department of Justice. More than 250 people have been charged with assaulting or impending law enforcement."

"The DOJ complaint includes CCTV screengrabs and other images from the Capitol on January 6th showing Miles and a co-defendant named Matthew Lebrun violently attacking law enforcement officers before smashing a window at the United States Senate and then storming the building," added
